PfCONA and its Safety Committee encourages neighborhood involvement in Neighborhood Watch/Block Captains, National Night Out, Citizens Police Academy, Citizens on Patrol, Bicycle Rodeo, Blue Santa, Victim Services, Citizens Fire Academy, Community Emergency Response Team, and Police Department/Fire Department/Sheriff Open Houses/Special Events.
These programs instill crime prevention and safety efforts in your neighborhood, which in turn strengthens your overall unification and community-building efforts. Our community is blessed to have so many efforts underway--available to educate/train your neighbors and utilize their talents, which benefits your neighborhood/community. The event above is along these lines and is a way for citizens to thank our first responders for being there for us all.
